Members of the public do not require a physician's referral to access psychotherapy and counselling services.  We do accept self–referrals.

Blue Sky Psychotherapy and Counselling also accepts referrals from healthcare providers, including physicians, psychologists, and others. We also welcome referrals from disability insurers and rehabilitation consultants, where the aim is psychotherapy and return to work preparation.
